Last week we attended the Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona, one of the most important global technology events focused on connectivity, AI, robotics and digital innovation. This edition brought together thousands of professionals and more than 2,900 exhibitors, consolidating the event as a space for high‑level networking, business development and technology showcases.

Argentina participated with a record delegation of 55 companies inside a 240 m² stand designed to promote exports and generate strategic meetings with global partners.

A special thank you goes to ProCórdoba, whose support enabled Córdoba‑based startups to be strongly represented within the Argentine delegation with 27 of the 55 companies in the stand coming from Córdoba, spanning sectors like telecom, software, healthtech, robotics and more.
Also central to this participation was Next from Argentina, a platform supported by the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy that consolidates startups and scaleups from across the country into a global portfolio, increasing their visibility among international clients and investors. Close to 198 knowledge‑economy companies from 14 provinces are already part of this strategic tool.
Presenting Humandroid at the Argentina Pavilion 🇦🇷
At the Argentina Pavilion, we showcased Humandroid our software platform and training infrastructure that enables humanoid robots to be deployed in real industrial environments with safety and efficiency.
Together with our partner Artisteril, we presented the Ubtech Walker S2, a humanoid robot model designed for industrial applications. The demo allowed visitors to see how advanced humanoid platforms can be trained and integrated using software like ours, sparking exciting conversations about real use cases in factories, warehouses and logistics settings.
The interest we received confirmed that the world is shifting from research prototypes to practical humanoid deployments that help solve concrete business challenges.

Encountering Leaders in Robotics
In addition to our presentation, MWC was also a great opportunity to connect with other innovators in the humanoid robotics space. We visited booths and demos from leading hardware players (and captured photos of each):
Unitree Robotics — advanced legged and humanoid platforms
Agibot — mobile and humanoid robotics solutions
Humanoid X — humanoid robot prototypes and AI integration
MagicLab — innovative robotics and automation technologies
These interactions gave us additional insights into the pace of global development, while reinforcing the need for robust software infrastructure to unify and scale autonomous robots across industries.

Building Global Connections: Business, Security and Innovation
During the fair we also connected with major industry players such as Telefónica, exploring how to incorporate connectivity security into humanoid robotics systems — a critical element if robots are to operate reliably in industrial environments connected by 5G and enterprise networks.
The event highlighted how technologies like AI, connectivity, security, and robotics are converging to make new levels of automation and autonomy a reality.
Wrapping up MWC

A special thanks to the photographer Leo Gerzon, whose photos captured some of the best moments from the pavilion and behind‑the‑scenes energy of the Argentina delegation.

The journey continues
But the trip is not over yet.
Our next stops are:
At LogiMAT 🇩🇪 🇪🇺 we will continue presenting how humanoid robots can operate in logistics and industrial environments, and how the software layer built at Humandroid accelerates that adoption.
The humanoid robotics era is beginning — and we are excited to be part of building it.
