The best partnerships aren't built in a boardroom. They're built meeting by meeting, delivery by delivery until one day you realize you've built something neither of you could have done alone. That's exactly what happened with Néstor Rios and the team at Big Dipper.
January 16, 2025 — The First Meeting

Two companies that barely knew each other sat down to talk. What started as a mutual exploration quickly became something much more concrete: Humandroid needed real robots to train and test on. Big Dipper already had them and was selling them.
The fit was almost immediate.
Big Dipper wasn't just another distributor. They were the first company in Argentina to import and commercialize a Unitree humanoid robot a bold move that put them years ahead of the market. With 20 years of experience in security technology, 10 offices across the country, and operational Unitree robots already running, they weren't just selling hardware. They were building an ecosystem.
We had the development capacity to give those machines intelligence and autonomy. The synergy was obvious from the first conversation.
Visionaries recognize each other quickly. We had found our first strategic partner.
March 5, 2025 — Seeing the Robots in Person

There's something that changes when you stop talking about robots in the abstract and you're actually standing in front of them.
Santiago Braña and I went to see Big Dipper's Unitree robots in person. That visit was the real starting point it stopped being a conversation and became a partnership with direction.

What we saw that day confirmed everything: real hardware, operational capacity, and a team that understood the value of adding intelligence to those machines. We left knowing we were going to build something together.
July 2025 — Everything Aligns
TGN acquired a Unitree G1 robot for industrial valve opening operations and that was the catalyst that changed everything.
Suddenly there was a real use case, a concrete client, and a tangible industrial need. The alliance with Big Dipper took on its full strategic dimension. This wasn't a pilot or an experiment anymore. It was a robotic solution with direct industrial impact.
This is where we truly began.
August 2025 — We Integrate Teleoperation into the G1
Big Dipper lent us their Unitree G1 and that's when everything clicked. With TGN already operating a G1 for industrial valve work, the use case was real and the context was clear. This wasn't a lab exercise. It was a first teleoperation built for an actual industrial application.
None of this happened by accident. Francisco, our Head of Robotics, planned every piece of this from minute one the integration, the timeline, the execution. His work is the reason everything came together the way it did.

Our team developed the entire system just before our trip to China engineered in record time, running on a real robot in an active industrial environment.
What we delivered wasn't a demo. It was proof. Not with promises or slide decks with code running on real hardware.
That moment validated Humandroid as a serious technical player in the Argentine and Latin American robotics ecosystem.
And what comes next is even bigger: together with Big Dipper, we're already planning how to scale robot training. From a first teleoperation to a full-scale training model. That's what the partnerships that matter are built to do.

Nobody handed us a blueprint. What we had was a shared problem, two teams willing to show up, and the discipline to move from conversation to action — every single time.
That's what happens when you work with the right people: the process doesn't feel heavy. Néstor and the Big Dipper team never waited to be asked. They opened doors, shared resources, and trusted us with their hardware before we'd proven anything on paper. We responded by delivering.
