About Us
The Company
Humandroid was founded on January 1st, 2025 in Córdoba, Argentina by Ale Parise (CEO), Santiago Braña (CTO), and José Montalvo (COO) with a single mission: to train the workforce of the future. We believe the next industrial revolution will be powered by humanoid robots and that the real challenge isn't building them, but teaching them to work.
Our story began long before the company. Ale and Santiago met in 2005, studying Telecommunications Engineering at Universidad Blas Pascal in Córdoba, and Ale and José had already spent a decade working side by side, building a previous company together. Humandroid brings that shared history engineering roots and years of building businesses from scratch into one team.
Founded in Argentina 🇦🇷 with a global vision, we joined NVIDIA Inception, traveled to China to build direct relationships with the world's leading humanoid manufacturers, inaugurated Argentina's first Humanoid Robot Training Center, and presented at NVIDIA GTC and MWC Barcelona.
The Present
Labor shortages are at critical levels. In the United States alone, more than 10 million jobs are considered unsafe or unattractive. Globally, automation is expected to displace 92 million jobs by 2030, while creating 170 million new jobs. As the population ages, companies face increasing difficulties in expanding their operations and filling essential roles. Without effective solutions, the growth of labor supply will stagnate, putting competitiveness and global productivity at risk.
The only way to sustain growth is through a significant increase in productivity, and that is only possible with more automation, including the deployment of humanoid robots and other advanced technologies. These tools not only fill gaps in the workforce but also enable new job opportunities in emerging sectors, ensuring that economies can adapt to changing demands.
The Potential: A New Industrial Revolution
We are at the beginning of a transformation without precedents. The combination of artificial intelligence, humanoid robotics, and digital twins is redefining the way we work.
Currently, 50% of the world’s GDP (around 42 trillion dollars) comes from manual jobs that could be automated with advanced humanoid robots. As this technology evolves, the cost of labor will decrease, making automation not only a competitive advantage but a strategic necessity for the most challenging industries.
Over time, robots will be able to manufacture other robots, accelerating automation and further reducing costs. This means more productive factories, safer environments, and the possibility of a future where manual labor is optional, opening space for creativity and human innovation.

Our Solution: Training the Workforce of the Future
Looking ahead, the workforce of the future will be a collaborative ecosystem where humans and humanoid robots work side by side. Our approach not only addresses the current labor shortages but also allows people to transition into the new jobs of the future, while robots handle repetitive, dangerous, or physically demanding work. By training the next-generation workforce both human and robotic we are building an inclusive, safe, and highly efficient industrial landscape, where innovation and productivity coexist with responsibility and ethical automation.
Our Vision of the Future
We imagine a future where technology amplifies human potential instead of replacing it. A world in which dangerous and exhausting manual labor is optional, and where the most challenging industries operate with greater safety, efficiency, and precision thanks to intelligent automation.
In this future, humanoid robots work side by side with people, eliminating unnecessary risks and allowing humans to focus on more strategic, creative, and high-value tasks. Global productivity multiplies, operational costs drastically decrease, and companies reach new levels of innovation without compromising the safety of their teams.
The combination of humanoid robots, artificial intelligence, and digital twins will transform the economy, making the production of goods and services more accessible for everyone. The factories of tomorrow will not only be more efficient, but also more human, with environments designed to enhance both machines and people.
At Humandroid, we do not only automate tasks, we redefine work and human progress.

Our Values
BREAKING THE LIMITS OF POSSIBILITY
O1
MOVE FAST, THINK LIKE ENGINEERS
The future isn’t built with hesitation. We experiment, iterate, and learn in real-time. Humanoid robotics and digital twins are our new frontier, and we are here to lead the way.
O2
PRODUCT IS THE MISSION
Every robot we deploy is an extension of our vision: freeing people from dangerous and repetitive tasks. We don’t build technology for the sake of it—we build solutions that transform industries. Everything we do drives us closer to that goal.
O3
RELENTLESS OPTIMISM
We are solving one of humanity’s greatest challenges. It won’t be easy, but we are not here for shortcuts. We focus on the long term, confident that our vision will change the world.
O4
GLOBAL IMPACT AT SCALE
We don’t just automate processes—we redefine work itself. The combination of humanoid robots and artificial intelligence will reshape the global economy. We think in decades, not quarters.
O5
MISSION-DRIVEN PERSEVERANCE
We are here to push boundaries, to create a future where work is safer, more efficient, and deeply human. Every obstacle is just a step toward progress, and every challenge fuels our commitment. We don’t stop—we advance
